	NetMAX VPN Server Suite (and all versions of NetMAX 3.1 and later) is configured with an SSH (Secure Shell) server for remote shell login and administration. In order to use this capability, the administrator must choose which users are allowed to access the server in this way: Access the NetMAX interface (via web browser) Access "Home|Users|Users" Click the pencil icon in the row for the user to be permitted remote shell access. Select "Unix Shell Login Enabled." Store and commit changes. This process must be repeated for each user who will be permitted remote shell login access. If SSH logins are still not working, check that you are not blocking SSH (port 22) with a firewall rule. If you are, either create a custom rule to allow certain machines or networks to access that port, or use the checkboxes under "Network|Firewalls|Interface|Server" to allow access.
