1. New NetMAX Partner Programs

The NetMAX staff has been listening to suggestions from our VARs, and so this month we launched our new partner programs! The new partner program structure has different levels of features to better suit your specific needs.

The NetMAX VAR Program now includes a listing in our VAR directory and one copy of either NetMAX Professional, VPN Server Suite or Firewall. The rate for one year is $150.

The NetMAX Developer Program includes many added features for those who want to customize NetMAX for their customers, including access to NetMAX source code and internal documentation, half-off pricing for all Not-For-Resale copies of NetMAX, half-off pricing for all support incidents, a free one-hour support incident and everything the VAR Program offers too. The rate for one year is $1500.

The NetMAX Certified Support Training Program is a directed learning experience to teach you all the things you need to know to directly support your NetMAX customers, instead of having them call us. Those who pass the program may display the NetMAX Approved Support logo, so customers know they'll get quality support when they call. The Certified Support Training Program is $2000.

Volume Discounts on NetMAX products are now available to anyone who purchases NetMAX products through the NetMAX Store, so you don't need to be a Program Member to get them! The savings rates are 20% on 10+ products, 40% on 100+ products, and 60% on 1000+ products. These discounts are per-order only.

2. NetMAX Case Studies

3. NetMAX SMP-enabled Patch

There is an SMP-enabled version of the NetMAX kernel for 4.02 available on our FTP site. Customers with multi-processor systems may wish to download and install it. Download it through NetMAX package management (under the NetMAX Updates category), or via the following FTP location:

ftp.netmax.com/pub/L2.4Pv4.02/kernel/kernel-smp-2.4.18-17.7.x.i586.rpm
