1. NetMAX 4.03 Patch
*****************
A new maintenance release of the NetMAX Server product line is now available. The NetMAX 4.03 release addresses recently discovered security vulnerabilities in NetMAX subsystems, patches a couple general bugs, and adds wireless access point capability to NetMAX. It is highly recommended that all customers running NetMAX 4.0 or higher install the appropriate update package(s) required to update to version 4.03, available through package management or on our FTP site.

Users of the Magnia SG series will also need to install a SG20 or SG10 specific patch after upgrading to NetMAX 4.03.

2. Printed NetMAX Manuals Now Available!

Manuals for all NetMAX products are free and downloadable from NetMAX.com and our FTP site, but some customers have recently asked for hardcopy manuals. We listened -- and now, through a partnership with ondemandmanuals, we can offer you bound versions of all the NetMAX 4.0 series manuals!

Print-on-demand manuals are available for NetMAX Professional, NetMAX VPN, and NetMAX FireWall. These manuals are the same version 4 manuals available on NetMAX.com. The manuals are priced at $20 each, plus shipping, and available at:

4. NetMAX WAP Support

In a previous newsletter, we told you that future versions of NetMAX would support Wireless Access Point technology. That future is today! Now, you can log onto the NetMAX.com website and learn how to WAP-enable your NetMAX (WAP support requires NetMAX 4.03 at minimum).
