1. NetMAX Store Status

We have reached the end of an era, and the NetMAX Store is closed. Additional NetMAX license purchases are available through NetMAX tech support, but this is scheduled to end on May 1st, 2008.

For all those loyal users that are continuing to use NetMAX, we are keeping the following resources online:

• The NetMAX Knowledge Base (FAQ's)
• The NetMAX User Forum

Additionally, we have provided an updated download page with links to backup copies of the NetMAX software for servers and SG20s. Four versions of NetMAX are provided for each platform, including:

• NetMAX 5.5
• NetMAX 5.02
• NetMAX 5.0
• NetMAX 4.06

Please contact NetMAX Support before May 1st, 2008 if you have additional questions, suggestions or concerns. And as always, thank you for your long-time support of NetMAX!

2. NetMAX Support Availability

NetMAX Support will remain available past the closing date of the NetMAX Store in both live and online form:

• Live NetMAX Support will end on May 1st, 2008.
• NetMAX's website and online resources will remain available. This includes the NetMAX User Forum and NetMAX Knowledge base.

Additionally, package downloads have been posted for various PC and SG20 versions of NetMAX, for use by customers who need to install or upgrade their versions of NetMAX.

Please contact NetMAX Support before May 1st, 2008 if you have additional questions, suggestions or concerns. And as always, thank you for your long-time support of NetMAX!

3. NetMAX Newsletter Notes

The NetMAX newsletters will be ending on a similar timeline to the NetMAX Support line -- as such, the last NetMAX newsletter will go out on or near May 1st, 2008.

We will placing the newsletter in a dormant state, so it can be re-activated in the future if a new version of NetMAX is released. If you would prefer NOT to be notified in that case, please let us know you wish to unsubscribe via e-mail at:
