[Support] NetMAX Support Holiday Hours 1. NetMAX Support Holiday Hours Independence Day falls on a Sunday this year, but NetMAX's parent company Cybernet is still closing down for a weekday holiday, so NetMAX Support will not be available on Monday, July 5th. Support hours will resume as usual on Tuesday, July 6th. Because of these holiday hours, any orders received after 2pm on Friday, July 2nd will not be shipped until Tuesday, July 6th. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes! 2. Changing IP Addresses in NetMAX Circumstances may cause you to have to change your IP address or addresses on your NetMAX machine. This can come about from changing ISPs, your type of service, or other reasons. This process can be simple, or fairly complex depending on the details of the switch. If you are changing one IP address to another in the same subnet, simply go to Network->Interfaces->Edit Interface, manually change the address, and do a Commit. If you have multiple IP addresses to change or are changing IPs to an entirely different subnet, please see this FAQ:
If you have followed these steps, and are still having trouble changing your IP address, then give us a call. A NetMAX technical support representative would be happy to help you with any problems you run into. The NetMAX Team is working hard on getting the newest version of NetMAX completed and released... and we're looking for help! If you love NetMAX and don't mind working in a vibrant midwestern University city, maybe you can come work for us! We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly folk to fill customer support and sales roles at our offices in Ann Arbor, Michigan... with the possibility of development and marketing roles if you've got the skills.
