[Support] Holiday Hours It's the holiday time of year, and We here at NetMAX would like to wish you a happy Halloween and Thanksgiving in advance! Like many of you, we here at NetMAX will be spending Thanksgiving with our families, which means that NetMAX Support will be closed on Thursday, November 25th and Friday, November 26th. Online help will continue to be available during this time, and our technical support number will still be accepting support messages over the holiday weekend. Because of these holiday hours, any support requests or orders recieved after 2pm on Wednesday, November 24th may not be shipped until We resume normal support hours on Monday, November 29th. Thanks for your patience, and have a happy holiday season! 2. NetMAX Enhances Reseller Program NetMAX officially announced several enhancements to our reseller program this week, including dramatic cost savings, increased customer service and support, and new sales and marketing tools. If you've joined the program or renewed your membership since the NetMAX 5 launch, you're already recieving the benefits... but if you're not a member and resell NetMAX, there's never been a better time to become a NetMAX reseller! NetMAX resellers get software purchase discounts (33 percent!) just like they used to, but now they also get discounts on hardware, support and consulting services!
