[Support] Holiday Hours It's the holiday time of year, and we here at NetMAX wish you all Happy Holidays! Because of the holiday season, NetMAX Support will be closed on the following days:
Online help will continue to be available during the holidays, and our technical support number will still be accepting messages, but live phone support will be unavailable. Because of these holiday hours, major support requests or orders received after 2pm on Friday, December 21st may not be addressed until we resume normal support hours on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2008. Thanks for your patience, and have a happy holiday season! 2. Solving Out of Memory Issues in NetMAX In general, NetMAX is pretty stable operating system that doesn't go down too often. So when a NetMAX does go down, it often signifies a serious problem. One common cause we see in these cases is when a NetMAX simply runs out of memory.
