As of August 2003, we've completely revised the NetMAX Authorized Reseller Center, and added or reorganized many items to aid in your efforts. You can use the Reseller Resources box to the right of the page to navigate the Reseller Center, but here's a guide to what these items are:

• Reseller Materials - Items in this heading are exclusive to NetMAX Authorized Resellers, and cannot be accessed without the access ID and password given to you when you became a NetMAX Reseller.
  • Reseller News and Updates are news and updates relevant to resellers specifically. Normal NetMAX news still appears in the NetMAX.com News Section, but items such as reseller section updates and reseller-only news and previews can only be found here.
  • Our Marketing Materials page contains NetMAX product logos and copy that you can use in your own marketing efforts.
  • Reseller Support - Reseller contact forum, and details on the special support options we offer our NetMAX Resellers.
  • Reseller White Papers is a list of documents that illustrate the advantages of using and selling NetMAX solutions to your customers.
  • The Reseller Forum is a reseller-only area of the NetMAX Forum, where you can share your NetMAX reselling experiences with each other... and us! (Please note: you will need to create your own ID for the general NetMAX Forum, then get that ID enabled for Reseller access before you will be allowed in! Use the e-mail form on the Reseller Support page to ask us to enable your existing Forum ID.)
  • NetMAX Personal Tutor is available to all NetMAX customers, but it's free for resellers! You should have been sent a password and ID to access the download -- if you're missing it, or simply have misplaced it, let us know.
  • Free NetMAX Demos are provided to all NetMAX Resellers as a download, but you must contact us to get them. If you prefer CD demos, you must purchase them in the NetMAX Store (though you will still receive your normal Reseller discount).

• Printable Spec Sheets - Quick links to the most recent print-version specification sheets for the NetMAX product line. These spec sheets are available to all NetMAX.com site visitors in the Products Section.

• Manuals & Docs - Quick links to the most recent manuals and guides for the entire current NetMAX product line. These are all available to NetMAX.com site visitors in the Support Section, and are also shipped in digital form with CD versions of the matching NetMAX product. Print manuals can be ordered from ondemandmanuals.
  • The NetMAX Professional Manual is for 4.0 versions. A print version may be purchased optionally. Previous Professional version manuals can be FTP downloaded.
  • The VPN Server Suite Manual is for 4.0 versions. A print version may be purchased optionally. Previous VPN Server Suite version manuals can be FTP downloaded.
  • The FireWall ProSuite Manual is for 4.0 versions. A print version may be purchased optionally. Previous FireWall ProSuite version manuals can be FTP downloaded.
  • The Quick Install Guide is for all 4.0 NetMAX products, and is to be used when a networked secondary computer is available to run installation remotely.
  • The Quick Console Install Guide is for all 4.0 NetMAX products, and is to be used when no remote installation is possible.
  • The Quick Upgrade Guide is for all 4.0 NetMAX products.
  • The Magnia Quick Start Guide is for Magnia Internet Appliance verisions of NetMAX only.

  • Subsystem Docs list the various modules bundled in NetMAX.
  • Configuration Docs list how-to documents for common tasks.
  • License Agreement is the most recent revision of the license backing the NetMAX family of products.
  • Support Policy is the most recent revision of the NetMAX Support Policy as regards to customers. Resellers have special support priviledges, detailed in Reseller Support.
  • Upgrade Policy is the most recent revision of the NetMAX Upgrade and Previous Version Support Policies.
