Complimentary and Discounted Support
NetMAX Resellers are entitled to special deals on support as part of their Reseller Agreement. For the current year of membership, a Reseller is entitled to a Free first incident of support (up to an hour), and half price on all reseller support beyond that (check current support prices).

Free hours are not cumulative, and will be lost if not used within the effective year term of the membership they were purchased with.

Please note that this support deal is for RESELLER USE ONLY. Reseller customer's support is priced at normal rates.

To receive support, please follow these steps:

  1. Be sure to review the user manuals and readme files on the CD-ROM and visit http://www.netmax.com/support for additional online information that may answer your questions immediately.
  2. You are required to register your product online prior to contacting support.
  3. Please have your completed server configuration worksheet available when contacting support.

This communication tool offers many advantages over basic email submission including: secure transfer of your support payment information, faster and more accurate responses with greater detail, save ability for future reference and improved incident tracking. Support questions sent by ordinary e-mail to support@netmax.com will automatically refer you to the web based support request system. PLEASE remember to identify yourself as a VAR in the text of the submission to ensure that we properly discount your support billing!

A document detailing what questions you can expect to hear when you first call NetMAX support can be found here (Adobe Acrobat format). Some users may be able to go through the questions on their own and avoid a service call.

Free NetMAX Demos are provided to all NetMAX Resellers as a download, but you must contact us using one of the above listed methods in order to get them. If you prefer CD demos, you must purchase them in the NetMAX Store (though you will still receive your normal Reseller discount).
