NetMAX Return Policy

Effective Immediately - Last revised 08/25/2004. Policies are subject to change without notice.

This support policy supercedes all previously documented policies and any other outlined support offerings that may be found on any NetMAX product, packaging material, user and installation manuals, electronically stored materials, marketing materials or advertising materials.

All NetMAX products, as well as non-NetMAX products purchased in the NetMAX Store, may be returned within a period of 30 days after their date of purchase if they are in resellable condition. NetMAX products that have been activated are not resellable, and will not be accepted for a refund. Likewise, hardware products that are missing pieces or manuals are not resellable, and will not be accepted for a refund.

In cases of a valid return, NetMAX will refund the original purchase price minus any fees that apply to the product(s). Products that were physically shipped will be assessed a 15% restocking fee plus shipping and handling costs, to be deducted from the amount of the refund. Downloaded products will be assessed a flat $20 restocking fee, also to be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Orders from the NetMAX Store must be received before 2pm Eastern Standard Time to be eligible for Same Day Shipment. Orders received after 2pm EST will be processed and shipped the next working day. Working days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. Such exceptions will be posted to the front of the NetMAX website as needed.

NetMAX reserves the right to revise this policy as needed, and may do so at any time. The most recent version of this policy can always be found on the NetMAX website.
